do you accept returns?
yes - full-price items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. sale items can be returned for store credit or exchanged. see our returns & exchanges page for details.
how long does shipping take?
orders are processed within 48 hours. usa shipping takes 3-5 business days. international takes 7-14 business days to canada, the uk and australia, and 10-21 business days everywhere else. full details on our shipping page.
do you ship internationally?
yes, worldwide. duties and import taxes are paid at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.
where are your pieces made?
ethically handmade in los angeles with lots of love.
what if my item arrives damaged or defective?
email us at hello@irissale.com with your order number and a photo - we'll take care of it.
do you restock sold-out sizes?
each drop is small-batch, so restocks aren't guaranteed. if your size is sold out you can still preorder it - it's made to order and ships in about 2 weeks. follow @itsirissale for what's coming next.
