usa shipping: 3-5 business days. us orders ship via usps.
we ship worldwide. international orders ship via dhl, and the shipping price is calculated at checkout from your address and order weight.
canada, uk and australia: 7-14 business days.
everywhere else: 10-21 business days.
delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed.
duties and import taxes for international orders are calculated and paid at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.
you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
addresses
please double-check your shipping address at checkout. if a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address or a refused delivery, we'll reship it at your cost or refund the order minus shipping.
lost or damaged packages
if your package is lost or arrives damaged, email hello@irissale.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
where we can't ship
we can't ship to countries or regions under US trade restrictions.
preorders
when a size sells out we keep it available to order. those pieces are made to order and ship in about 2 weeks, not 48 hours. you'll see "preorder" on the button and the ship window on the product page before you buy, and it's noted on your order.
if a preorder is going to take longer than the window we gave you, we'll email you - you can wait, or cancel it for a full refund.
