These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of irissale.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Irissale LLC ("Irissale," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability
All products are offered in small batches and subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or correct pricing or product description errors at any time without prior notice. Colors and prints may appear slightly different due to photography, lighting, and individual screen settings. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout.

3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we ship your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If your order is canceled after payment, you will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines, carriers, and rates are described on our Shipping page. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. For customers in the United States, risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For customers outside the United States, risk of loss passes to you on delivery, where your local law requires it. Preorder items are made to order and ship within the window stated on the product page at the time of purchase. If we are unable to ship a preorder within that window, we will notify you by email and you may cancel the preorder for a full refund.

5. International Orders, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, duties and import taxes are estimated and collected at checkout and paid by us to the carrier, so no further charges should be due on delivery. If a customs authority assesses additional charges because of information you provided, or if you refuse delivery, those costs may be deducted from any refund. We do not ship to countries or regions subject to US trade restrictions.

6. Returns & Refunds
Full-price items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, under the conditions described on our Returns & Exchanges page. Items purchased on sale may be returned for store credit or exchanged, except where your local law entitles you to a refund. Store credit does not expire. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is the property of Irissale LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

8. User Submissions
If you send us content, such as photos or descriptions submitted to be featured on The Iris, you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant Irissale LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, and publish it on our Site and social media, credited as you choose. You may ask us to remove it at any time by emailing hello@irissale.com.

9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person's use of the Site.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This does not affect any warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including your rights if a product is faulty.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Irissale LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of any product. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Irissale LLC, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page and apply to orders placed after that date.
